Who is responsible
Neurho Solutions SRL, Rue de Priesmont 153, 1495 Villers-la-Ville, Belgium, is responsible for the personal data processed on this site. Contact: corporate@neurho.com.
What we process and why
- Visits: our host processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site and to offer you the site for your country (legitimate interest).
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation, topic, message and, if you give it, your phone number, to answer your request (steps before a contract, and legitimate interest). Without them we cannot answer. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sends the form (legitimate interest).
- Audience measurement: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Cookie settings.
Who receives it
Vercel (hosting and measurement), Resend (form emails), Cloudflare (Turnstile) and Google (Analytics and our mailbox). Some are based in the United States: these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, of which you can ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
Messages: 3 years after our last exchange, longer if a contract follows and the law requires it. Technical data: only as long as needed. Cookies: see our cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of or objection to its use, and a portable copy, at corporate@neurho.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
